connected the jack to the back of my lenova computer for the logitech z200 speakers. I can hear the music but the buzzing is

Sounds like you have a ground loop. You can try plugging the power supply for the speakers into a different outlet, using a ground lifter to disconnect the ground on the speaker power cord (if it has a three prong plug), or use one of these

Disconnect internet completely, did the BUZZ go away?
You might need a cable gound isolation transformer.

Seems like you have a GROUND LOOP.
And yes, it is fixable.

My issue ended up being the 'speaker power' plug was partially not-plugged into the wall because of my cat. I could hear the 60hz buzz and the desired sound was a very low distant volume.
