Is it possible to run cable from my digital cable adapter (those small square boxes) to my TV and a TV tuner card in a PC?

Yes. Just get a cable splitter like this one. If your TV Tuner has an ATSC (digital) tuner, place the splitter in between the wall cable outlet and the digital cable adapter (DCA). If not, place it between the DCA and the TV.
