connecting a subwoofer and speakers to pc

Hello how are you doing

I just bought a used subwoofer and speakers off of craigslist

I am completely new to this so I have no idea how to set it up so

I tried to search online for how to connect sub and speakers to pc.

However, it seems as if I cannot find a good guide to setting or connecting to pc.

I have gigabyte z170xp sli and for sub I have psw303 and speakers I have RTi4.

Is it possible to help me figure out where to start from? I know that I have to connect

RTi4 to my subwoofer but I don't know what to do from there.

Is very simple.

PC ---> Subwoofer ---> L+R speakers.

Your gigabyte has 3.5mm jacks, and your sub has RCA, so you need THREE 3.5mm to RCA Y-cables, these may had come with Motherboard. Like THESE.

Hi thank you for replying to my comment. I was wondering why I needed 3 rca y cables and to which color of sound I had to connect it to.
