connecting a toshiba tv to a sony soundbar

i am trying to connect a Toshiba 40L3453DB tv which has no optical slot nor a hdmi [arc] slot just 3 plain hdmi slots,to a sony ht xt100 soundbase,any ideas on how to get around this problem? thanks
