Does anyone know of an adapter to convert the audio out from FM tuning to Bluetooth on an Audiovox Vodexl10 overhead DVD player? Looks like the HDMI and USB ports are input only. Trying to tune to various FM stations throughout a long road trip is very frustrating.

The only way would be to strip the receiver from a pair of the headphones and connect it directly to the head unit (if it has an aux input) or a bluetooth transmitter could be connected to the receiver.
