Connecting bose acoustimass to receiver

Hello,
I have Bose lifestyle 12 Home Theater System (including Accoustimass) The main Music Centre does not work. Can I connect the rest of the system i.e., speakers through the Accoustimass to any other system like DVD player, Sony Receivers Etc.?
