Connecting headphones to a multi-output sound card

Hi currently i cant hear and audio apart from L and R because i have headphones with 1 jack.
This is a big problem because i cant hear center which means i can't hear dialogue on games.
So how do i connect them?
Any help would be appreciated

What sound card do you have?
EDIT: In the mean time, you could always just plug your headphones into the front panel audio jack.

Configure your audio output for stereo sound only.
Go to control panel -->Hardware and Sound --> Sound --> Select playback device -->configure -->stereo.
It might be a bit different depending on the audio device/ driver you have but you should be able to configure the device for stereo output only.
