Connecting headphones with a single audio/mic cord to desktop PC

Hi, I'd like to connect these headphones with a single audio/mic cord to my desktop computer and use both the mic and audio.

But on my computer I have one audio plug and one mic plug, so do I have to use some 2-to-1 adapter?
