Connecting new speakers to old amp/reciever

Hello everyone, i am soon gonna buy some new speakers, there is just one problem. I am not sure if i will be able to connect them to my current amp/reciever its an JVC mxs4bk.

I am not sure if the cables are the same (those you use to connect the speaker to the reciever/amp)

I talked to someone at a hifi club. He told me that the speakers that i wanted to buy uses newer cables. It looks like this from behind:

and my reciever/ amp looks like this

So will i be able to connect the new speakers to this old amp?

If you are wondering, the speakers are Boston Acoustics A26

you'll need banana plugs to attach to one end of the speaker wires, then the plugs go to the speakers the other end will be plugged into the subwoofer/amp speaker outs, the red black block on the sub.
