Connecting Polk PSW505 Powered Subwoofer To An Older Reciever

I have this sub, And was wondering how to go about using my reciever to connect it. My reciever, A very old Onkyo, has a subwoofer output, but only one right, and one left. Can I use this output? If so, how would I connect it to the pok sub, right, left, input output etc.

If your receiver has a single subwoofer output (which is most common) then connect it to the LFE input on the subwoofer with a single RCA cable. If it has two just use one of them. Subwoofer outputs are usually mono. They just give you two RCA jacks to make multiple subs easier to connect.
