Connecting Sony Xperia Tipo to PC for using internet !!!

Please tell me, is there any way by which i can connect my Sony Xperia Tipo to my PC and start using internet ?
NOTE- My Sony Xperia Tipo has an active internet pack!

But, when i do this, it asks me about something creating a network!
So, which network should i choose ?
Three networks are there, 1. Work Network,2. Public Network,3. Home Network
Which one should i use ?
