Hi, I have a 50" Phillips LCD TV, it does not have a 3.5" line out connection to connect wireless headphones to it, the only red and white connections are for things like a playstation etc. sorry i am not good at knowing what connections are called, but these red and white connections, also have other colored wires with them like green etc. it says on the manual the tv does not have a 3.5" line out jack, that i need to use my surround sound system, but, my surround system also does not have the connection that i need. please help. thank you in advance.

Your TV model number would help.
If your TV has an digital optical audio output (most common type) then you can use that to connect the TV to your headphone transmitter. If your transmitter doesn't have optical in then you can use one of these to convert to analog

If your TV doesn't have any audio outputs at all then your only option would be to connect to your source (set top box or disc player) directly.
A technician could modify the TV to give you an audio out but it would void your warranty.
