Hey guys, just moved into a new home and just wondering if this is possible.
Basically, we have an aerial point in our front room, and also two sky cables that come in the front room but have also been run through the house to a second room in the back of the house.
We're planning on using this second room as our main living space, but we only have a Youview box now, and don't want sky.
What I'm wondering is if we'd be able to hijack one of the sky cables and rewire it into the aerial socket and use it as cable for the aerial instead of attached to the sky dish, or if we'd need to run a whole new aerial cable through the house?
Not sure if this is possible, but if not do you know of any other way we could do it without running extensive lengths of cable through the house?
