Question Cooling Pad VS Normal Stand

I have an MSI Cyborg A12VE i7 - 4060, with the air intake on its underside,I use it only for editing and 3D animations, during rendering it ranges from 75 to 85°, temperatures in my room are 8° to 18° during winter, above 24° during summer, so I was wondering... should buy an aluminium stand or not cheap Coolingpad? Like the Klim Everest or similar? ( I want add that few months ago I bought two random cheap desk fans, and I put them under it, I noticed the temperature staying constantly around 75-78°) but still I don't know if a cooling pad would be effective based on my situation, what do you recommend?

75-78c is fine. any cooling pad would work
