Cooling performance on Clevo P150EM

I'm thinking about grabbing a Clevo P150EM for the new school year. Seeing as how I've been running into 13 hour weekend gaming sessions, does anyone out there know how well the case handles heat? My current computer is terrible. The keyboard gets so hot I can barely keep my hands on it. I know things will get hot, but can the fans keep up with an Ivy Bridge cpu and Nvidia GTX675 running maxed graphics?
