Copying file from a sd to a Tablet

Have just purchased a Lenova Tablet. I, would like to be able to take the Micro SD card from my camera, place it in the Tablet and copy the photo files onto a file on the Tablet.
I know I can do this with a PC, can it be done without a PC.

Sure it can be done.. you just have to access file manager in your phone and copy the files from the SD card...
