Copying shows Hard Drive to Hard Drive

My unit is a 3060. Therefore no Ethernet connection. I
just upgraded to an new 120 Gb drive from ReplayTV.us.

There were three shows on the old drive that I would like to
copy to the new drive. My PC is a Windows XP based system.

I am comfortable opening the PC, and hooking up the two
drives to the cable where my DVD and CD burner are now.

Will my PC see the files on the RePlay drive and if so which
files do I copy.

You can connect the Replay drive to the PC (they're compatinble
physically), anthough the format is not compatible (all you'll see in
FDISK is "non-DOS partition" and the OS will ignore it.

I think there is a program available now that does that. Maybe someone
else can supply info about that.

I got Extract and was able to pull the shows to my PC from
the Old Hard Drive, my problem is I would like to write them
to the new hard drive.

What you should have done is used RTVPatch and connected the old and new
drives together and just copied the mpg partition. This is the last step
in making a new Replay drive from the old one. Since you bought a drive
already prepared you just copy the files. You can't use the files on the
pc drive.
