could someone get to find out my email address (gmail address) connected to my youtube account from my google comments? Could they get find it out from anywhere of my youtube channel or personal details??

on your youtube channel home page check the about page, it should be hidden by default, now if your gmail is your firstname.lastname@gmail, and your username is your name, then yeah they could.

Or if you open your EMAIL while your 'broadcasting' to your youtube channel then yes they can.
