Could someone recommend a good gaming laptop?

I have quite a low budget of about 300-400 pound,
I want it to have:
About 500gb or more
4gb ram or more
A good processor preferably Intel
And can play games like minecraft/tekkit
Asking for a lot I know but if someone can help i would most grateful (can be secondhand) thanks

Does it absolutely have to be a laptop? and is your budget stretchable at any margin beyond 400?
