Could this laptop be able to run LOL on high graphics with constant 30+ fps?

I am planning to buy a laptop. It is an ASUS X554L. Its specs are;
- CPU: Intel Core i5 5200U 2.2 GHz
- RAM: DDR3 4 GBs
- HDD: SATA 500 GBs
- GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 920m
Would these specs be okay for running LOL on high with 30+ fps without v-sync and AA?

And if not can you recommend me a laptop that could do that at this laptop's price range?

Considering the Surface Pro 2 with the Core i5-4200u and Intel HD 4400 graphics core can play LOL at 1920x1080 resolution with very high graphics settings and is capable of getting 30+ FPS, I am pretty sure you will not have any problems with your laptop.
