Could this run Skyrim

Hi I am looking at really basic laptops just to play some games such as Skyrim (the orignal not the more intensive one) and stuff and was wondering if this could do it . Thanks

250GB HDD
Dual graphics: Intel HD Graphics 3000 and Radeon HD 7400M

Skyrim on low with maybe 800x600 resolution would run on those specs. Not really a good system to get for games.
