CPU and RAM combinations for HD video editing.

Hi there, I am looking to buy an Asus G75 BBK5 but there are two configurations available (they are both ex-demo, 3 months warranty)

A: CPU i7-3720QM, 32GB DDR3 1333MHz - NZ$2380
B: CPU i7-3820QM, 16GB DDR3 1600MHz - NZ$2565
the rest is the same for both laptops with nVidia GTX660m 2GB.

I want to do multi layer HD video editing with Adobe Premiere Pro 5.5, After Effects, Photoshop and Lightroom, etc.

Which is best suited?
Would the 3820 with its extra cache and small boost in clock, coupled with the faster RAM be a worthy increase in performance to offset the lose of 16GB from RAM and the extra price?
Would the slower 1333MHz RAM be a noticeable?

What are your thoughts?

to answer your Q, yes B is the better choice - but going one step further will get you faster results... even faster memory like 2100

as well, your project files should be on a RAID 0 using APP CS5-6

To me option B is much sleeker and 16GB has been enough on my desktop to work smoothly with, except for AE that gobbles RAM like crazy but still works fine with 16. The 3820 seems only slightly more powerful but it is the 'controller' it needs to be able to stay ahead of play.
32GB just feels spacious. Even if the lights are a little dimmer with the slower clock.

I am planning on adding a 512GB Corsair Force GS and replace the 1TB 5400rpm with a 750GB 7200rpm HDD (maybe hybrid).

I have been thinking about putting media for projects onto the SSD while working on the project, with copies on the HDD. When I finish with the project the media files can be deleted.
