cpu fan speed 4000rpm bt temp 20 c

my fx 6300 temp is 20 c while idle..while gaming it 50 c max..am using stock cooler..and the fan running at 3700-4000 rpm in idle and while gaming also..is it normal or ok?help

Your temps are way better than normal, so if you want to dump the rpm to around 2500rpm you could do that too (to kill the noise). Just make sure it doesn't reach 65C or higher.
