crashing with distorted image while gaming

so i have a problem with my laptop....whenever i play games it crashes with some kind of distortion on the screen and also lines running across....plus a buzzing noise accompanies it...I've done everything from cleaning and checking the fan, updating my drives, negative offsets to prevent overheating but still crashes
guys please help me out...Ive also re-installed my OS 3 times now

Sounds like the GPU may be overheating or even going bad. It may well need replacing.

Have you tried running games through the integrated graphics to see if you get the same problem?
