Crea1tive Fata1ity headset not working

Hello, I have a bit of a problem here. Ever since last night my headset stopped working. I plugged it into my shield and it was detected plugged in, but no sound was coming out. I know it's not broke since it's detecting it. I reinstalled my audio drivers, made sure it was my default device and searched around everywhere but no answer to fix it
Any help would be appreciated..
Edit:I just updated my computers graphics card if that will mess up anything.
Still desperately trying to find a solution.
