Cubot c9 in uk with uk sim shows as Roaming?

hi all,

just got one of these Cubot C9 mobile phones and when trying to get it working my uk orange sim shows up as Roaming. I'm in the UK with a UK SIm and on my Galaxy phone it works as normal. I am wondering as the Cubot is a chinese phone maybe its registered as a different local or something and this is making it appear as roaming? Does anyone know whats going on here, and if theres some way to get it working as normal?

Your roaming situation is caused by your phone grabbing incorrect APN settings, forcing your phone to use your second APN entry (usually MMS). You can manually get them from your provider and enter them if you can find the latest info from them. That will fix your phone.
