Current Build: Any opinions and comments?

Recently bought built a new computer. Hoping you guys can give me feedback and suggestions. I'm all ears for criticism.

Motherboard:

ASUS M5A99FX PRO R2.0 AM3+ AMD 990FX SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard with UEFI BIOS ~$150

Processor:

AMD FD8350FRHKBOX FX-8350 FX-Series 8-Core Black Edition ~ $190

HDD (Hard drive):

Seagate Barracuda 2 TB HDD SATA 6 Gb/s NCQ 64MB Cache 3.5-Inch Internal Bare Drive ST2000DM001 ~ $88.50

PSU (Power Supply):

Computer Case:

CPU Fan:

Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO - CPU Cooler with 120 mm PWM Fan ~$40.00

RAM:

G.SKILL Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model F3-12800CL9D-8GBXL ~ $85.00

In all about $1200.00 was used as my gaming budget. Would you consider this a high end pc? Let me know if you would have done something different.

That's pretty good. Two things I would change are processor and add an SSD. I like the Intel 3570K or 4670K, I know they will last and are better performers then most AMD chips. With that said, I know I wouldn't have a bottleneck between CPU & GPU. The SSD to me allows all other hardware to run as fast as they can. But I see a solid build there, so enjoy...
