Cursor stuck on setup of ASUS r515m

Restore to factory. Now trying to setup language preference and who this computer belongs to now curser doesn't work and stuck on language preference page

If you're using a trackpad, try a mouse. You could also try the Tab key on your keyboard. It's the one to the left of Q.
