I have TWO Android mobiles, 1 in my hand for my office use and 2nd in my home use.
I just want to connect my cell phone each other with data control system without any application. Help me plzZ

What are you trying to have them do exactly? Are you trying to make both devices work using the same data plan, or are you trying to have data that is on the phone (files) be on both and update on both? or something else.
