Question DEA GT2 gate remote control which controls the neighbor's automation

Hello to all members!

So, I have never had this kind of problem with my old remote control. But I had to replace it because it doesn't work anymore. So, I bought a new remote control. It is a DEA GT2 model. After programming, this remote control works without problem. But after a few days, It begins to control the automation of my neighbor's gate. I program the remote again and everything goes back to normal. And after a few days, the problem comes back. What could be the solution in your opinion.

replace the batteries and try again

might be a faulty remote or it´s getting randomly or accidentally to its program mode after time
