Decent speakers for around $300-$400 (CAN)

i'm looking for some speakers with as accurate sound as possible. Any suggestions?

what do the energy 5.1 take speakers or monoprice 10565 cost in canada? here in the usa they are $350 and $210 respectively. you would of course either need to have a receiver already or need to purchase one to use them. they are regarded as one of the better "budget" deals for a whole 5.1 speaker/woofer kit.
