i'm using hp elitebook 8530 widow 7 64bit. my dedicated video memory is show n/a how do i solve this

Some of the 8530's had a dedicated GPU while others used integrated graphics.

From the sticker on the bottom of the laptop, whats the product number (p/n)?
Perhaps you are just missing a few drivers.

Figure out what brand and model of graphics your laptop has and then download the appropriate driver from the appropriate website (Go to the official brand website). Install the graphics driver and it should work fine.
