deleted win 7 after win 10 upgrade.Need win 7 recovery on usb forsony svz131a2jl

I upgraded my sony svz 131a2jl to win 10.Thought it was working well and deleted the win7 64 bit that came with my Sony svz. I, then deleted my win 7 and suddenly the win 10 started slowing and glitching.I need to get back to the original win 7.There are win old and win old.000 folders still on my computer but I have neither a recovery disk or a cd to run them.What to do?

for such issues, you can roll back win 10 if its been less than 30 days.

otherwise you have to contact Sony.
