dell 15r inspiron 5537 windows 10 64 bit OS Keyboard Problems

dell 15r inspiron 5537 keyboard problems when pressing the keys it wont show what i type.
i half to hit the buttons more then once sometimes hard and sometimes soft.
the touchscreen keyboard is having the same problems. so it's doesn't seem to broken keys.
can anybody help.windows 10 64 bit OS.Also theres is also blinking on the page. For example
when using notepad top of the windows were the word of my the title of my notes are,above weresays file,edit,format,view and help are.
When that blinks thats when it won't put the word down that i typed.

Do test your keyboard first in Safe Mode and see if the same problem will persist.
- While the laptop is booting up repeatedly press on F8 until it loads Advanced Boot Options, select Safe Mode and press Enter.
- If it's not happening in Safe Mode run a complete virus/malware scan.

- Once done reboot your PC back into the normal mode and see if the same problem will persist.
- If all these will not work do run a complete factory reset.
