Solved! Dell 5000 series graphics upgradable?

I have a Dell 5000 series laptop and now want to upgrade the graphics to nvidia my original graphics being intel graphics is it possible for me to do so if yes which graphics card should I buy and from where

Sadly, Laptops, especially dell laptops, are un-modifiable when in relation to GPUs. Currently you are using the integrated Intel GPU built into the laptop.
