Dell AIO Inspiron Brightness control not functioning

After the Win 11 upgrade, the brightness slider moves but no longer changes brightness. I've been on the phone with Dell (30+ minutes) and updated drivers and run diagnostics ... no change. Before I drop $99 for Dell to "fix" it, thought I would check here.

What is the model of your Dell?

Sounds like the "fix" may be a missing driver, if I had to guess.
