Hi! My dell laptop began to restart before accessing the windows.. I thought it's software problem so I tried to install new windows.. But it didn't continue.. It stops while setup is starting..
So I started to look for a hardware problem.. And I found that the cpu fan isn't working.. So i removed it and tried it on another computer and it worked!! Also I know that the laptop recognizes it as it gives a spin when the computer is shutted down..
I don't have any dell store in my city so taking the laptop to the store isn't possible
Any help will be appreciated.
