my daughter threw the laptop now i cant boot or get into windows says there is no hard drive but there is no noise in harddrive wat do i do

Unfortunately, it sounds like the hard drive was damaged during the incident. Mechanical hard drives cannot take a lot of punishment, i.e. even a 20cm drop can cause failure. Your best bet at this point would be to give Dell a call and they'll recommend a few hard drives that can be installed into the laptop. From there, you should be able to reload windows on it from the restore disks that came with it.
