Dell d620 screen on and off

dell d620 screen goes on and off and i see vertical green lines on the screen

Does it happen even while booting and if you go into BIOS
Does it happen even in Safe Mode.

yes all the time since i press the power button, no matter what i select, bios or safe mode

To me it looks like your screen needs to be replaced unfortunately.
