Dell inspiron 13 7000 7348 keyboard replace

Hello,
Some keys on my laptop keyboard are stopped working.

I pretty shure its a hardware problem, Becuse:
1. I remove the keyboard driver from the device manager, But its still not working. Except one time when i removed the driver, all the keys back to work!.
2. I entered into safe mode and the keys not work to.
3. Its works with external keyboard.

I want to order a new keyboard from ebay, And there is a 2 types:
1. Palmrest Case with keyboard and touchpad. http/
2. Keyboard only http/

In some site i saw that i must buying the palmrest case, And its not possible to buy only the keyboard and replace.

What i need to do ?

So its hardware problem for sure, I tested it on linux and the keys still not working.

Please help my what parts i need to order, I dont know if i need to replace only the keyboard or all the palmrest case ? (My touchpad is working). Thanks.
