Dell Inspiron 1440

How do you turn off shadowing and caching in the BIOS of a Dell 1440? It runs Vista Ultimate, and it keeps popping up a memory dump crash screen.

If you dont see it in the bios then you cant.
OEM's like Dell, HP.. do not present the user with a feature rich bios to prevent user errors and unnecessary warranty work.

You need to post the minidump files to a forum for analysis so they can tell you what's causing the error and steps to correct it.
