Dell inspiron 15 3000 series won't restore or reset?

As soon as I power on computer it says preparing automatic repair then it says diagnosing and quickly after it takes me to a blue screen that says "automatic repair couldn't repair your pc" and at the bottom of that there's a log file that says E:\Recovery\WindowsRE\Winre.wim\System32\Logfiles\Srt\SrtTrail.txt
Anyone know how to fix this?
