Dell Inspiron Touch Pad not working, earlier it was working when Win7 when i have upgraded to Win10 it stopped working...

Did you disable it by accident? A lot of the time one of the F keys at the top can disable it. Sometimes you have to press FN then the F number key or just press the F Number key. The icon will look like a touch pad.
