Solved! Dell Inspiron 15 7567 Powers on then shuts off

I have a Dell inspiron 15 7567 that has a problem with powering on. It does this thing where it's fans spin up really high upon powering on. When immediately plugged in, its fans start and ramp up all the way and then the entire thing shuts off. It powers back up again and does the same thing. This repeats 2 to 4 times then stops. I press the power button and fans are on but do not ramp up, it stays this way for about 20 seconds until it fully stops. Does anyone know what could be the problem?

Is the correct charger connected while powering on?

Try powering on without the battery , if that won´t work too,
try without the HDD/SSD. Does it show up a screen then?
