Hello there, this issue is mother board issue. i have 2 laptob with same problem. i tried with 4 processors of same model . sorry for the bad news

So you power it on, the LED's light up for about 7 seconds and then it dies? Is it charging at all? Check and see if there is an LED indicator light near where the power adapter plugs into the laptop and see if it lights up when plugged in, or if there's a little battery LED symbol on the laptop see if it lights up when plugged in
