Hi guys (and girls) I have browsed the forums for help with this I promise but sometime it's better to ask right out, please help.
My sister has the Dell Inspiron 15R n5010 (she's in Manchester, England, don't know if that's relevant regarding model.
It's the i3 Model, came with 500gb HDD and 4gb RAM by default.
I've browsed online over and over and keep coming up with conflicting answers on review sites regarding the maximum memory capacity.
Some sites say 6gb some say 8gb, I know there are 2xDIMM so my questions are, before she orders any RAM.
1. What is the maximum RAM she can install?
2. What type of RAM should she order?
Again, I did look in the forums, so much info here as a rule but sometimes too much, anyone actually have one of these and know for sure how we proceed?
