My dell inspiron 5100 dvd rom cant read any discs. Pls help me. Thanks

DVD roms are pretty basic, they don't need drivers or any particular setup other than simply being connected. I most cases if they stop working they're just dead! Get a replacement DVD RW, it will cost you $20 at most!
