When my Dell laptop wakes from hibernating, it won't connect to wifi. I have to disable the wireless connection and then enable it and then it connects pretty quickly.

Solution
Hi,

Change the power management setting of your wireless card from Device Manager.
- Go to Device Manager and expand Network Adapter and look for Wireless adapter.
- Right click on your wireless card and select properties.
- Select Power Management tab and uncheck the boxes for "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power" and "Allow this device to wake the computer.
- Click OK then put the laptop to hibernate and see if it would still have the same issue.
