Question Dell Inspiron e4300 not booting after hardware replacement

I've changed the network/usb/audio jack card in the mentioned laptop. This was a straight swap with another card. Now everything is back together as before but windows will not boot. I have tried putting previous card back in but still same issue.

Laptop is running windows 10 but now keeps coming up to first diagnostic screen after initial boot screen asking to select repair.

Anyone any ideas of where I need to go with this? Cheers.

It's asking to launch startup repair. I do this but it says it cannot repair automatically
