Yes you got malware or virus on your PC, so get those things first, install and run, all free, install and use in the same order

ATF cleaner http/www.techsupportall.com/atf-cleaner/
CCleaner http/www.piriform.com/ccleaner

Use those 2 just to clean your PC from general garbage. 

Next get Malawarebytes http/www.malwarebytes.org/products/malwarebytes_free/ scan and kill everything 

Get AVG http/free.avg.com/us-en/free-antivirus-download scan and kill them all. 

Beware that those 2 will hunt and kill any keygens and similar pirated things, it is against the rules to discuss anything related to piracy here!

After you done scanning and killing, reboot your PC. 
If those 4 programs scans did not fix situation you are in deep troubles and need more professional help. 

So you have to go to Malawarebytes    forum https/forums.malwarebytes.org/
Check preprinted guides there and so on, they are better than us on malaware topic.
